operative knowns, rumsfeld matrix, free indirect style: alpha version

In this for-sale video I try to articulate some maybe-missing pieces in how interiority and inner experience are conveyed in fiction writing. This draws a little bit from, in no particular order, James Wood, Käte Hamburger, Dorrit Cohn, and Alan Palmer.
